The Constitution

This Constitution shall govern all aspects of the Society and shall take precedence over all documents relating to the operation of the Society. All Society policies, procedures, and documents shall be read to reflect the spirit of this constitution.

This constitution shall be read to reflect the spirit of the Constitution of the Alma Mater Society of Queen’s University, which takes precedence over this constitution and all within its purview.

The Code of Conduct

This Code of Conduct sets the expectations of Member behaviour. Assembly members shall demonstrate and promote the Society’s core values of respect, honesty, fairness, diversity, inclusion, and equity in all aspects of Society work and representation.

This code of conduct is jurisdictional over all members of the Assembly, and any students who are in attendance of a Society event.
